Rates & Insurance

Focused Psychology charges $190 per session. Sessions are paid in full at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you give Focused Psychology at least 48 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. A charge of $70 will be applied for any no show appointments.

Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP)

As a Registered Psychologist, Carrie Easton gladly consults with clients on Mental Health Care Plans. Please see your treating General Practitioner to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan referral to Focused Psychology and have them send it to info@focusedpsychology.com.au. We will then be in touch to organise an appointment. If you are on a Mental Health Care Plan you will receive a Medicare contribution of $84.80 and a gap fee payable by yourself of $105.20.

Insurance Rebates

Focused Psychology does not work directly with any insurance company, however, many people can be partially reimbursed by their insurance companies through Extras.
Claim submission and reimbursement is between the client and their health insurance company, and regardless of reimbursement, clients are solely responsible for payment at the time of the session.
